We're doing a lot of pasta this week since it's quick/easy. S - Chicken fettuccine M - Pulled pork quesadillas T - Pumpkin and sausage baked pasta W - Crockpot cranberry pork roast R - Tomato basil pasta F - chicken tacos with rice and beans S - leftover pork
m: lemon-feta chicken t: chicken salad pitas w: ribs and sides at a friends r: snack/finger food, fruit & veggies (on the lake, so no full meal) f: frittata w/ mushroom, tomato, spinach, bacon, cheese
Sunday - leftovers Monday - orzo with homemade pesto and sundried tomatoes Tuesday - Indian food we were supposed to eat last week, but didn't (from the freezer) Wednesday - picnic w/ cheese and crackers, tabbouli, possibly some other kind of picnic salad or dip/chips, lemon bars Thursday - These taquitos, with black beans instead of chicken: annies-eats.com/2011/04/27/creamy-chicken-taquitos/ Friday - beer battered avocado, "chips," homemade tartar sauce Saturday - unsure, maybe homemade pizza, maybe take out
