My primary goal is finishing IMTX healthy and happy. I won't be working on speed, so PRs are a little less of a focus, but it would be awesome if I could break a few:
*sub 6 HIM *sub 2:50 Oly *sub 1:50 half *sub 50 10k *sub 23 5k
We are hoping to get pregnant after TX in May, so 2014 probably won't be quite as race-productive for me.

Do a pull up Sub-60:00 10k (this will be a PR) Be able to do multiple double-unders in a row Maaaaaaybe do the Crossfit Open. Maybe. Like, I want to type this in tiny text so it's like I'm not really saying it out loud. We'll see.
If I write them, then I'm committing, right? 1. Give up Diet Coke... oh sweet, sweet Diet Coke. 2. Lose 10-15 lbs. 20 lbs. would be even better, but I've got to leave something for 2015. 3. Do either a century ride or a half Ironman. I've never done a century before, and the only half I've ever done was 8 years ago (what???). Maybe I'll end up doing both! Who knows! 4. Get faster! #1 and #2 should help with that. It's so hard for me not to compare my pre-family times with my post-family times. A sub 28 minute 5k would be a good start.
Good luck to everyone!!! Lots of great goals out there!

Heal and recover completely from my injury
Concentrate on shorter distances, improving my time and strengthening my base
Weights 2 x/ week
Find some kind of kickass cross training that I love: spin, trx, swimming... Something.
Get fast enough to feel comfortable stopping for 2 character pictures at the Tower of Terror 10 Miler
Drop 10-15 lbs/get hormonal issues under control
In summary, get stronger, faster, and thinner, or Become Kara Goucher
There's the possibility of a fall half, but that's really going to depend on how my recovery goes and how long it takes to get my running strength back.
Train for and run a half this winter Train for another marathon and BQ A PR in either of those would be nice too Eat healthy and lose the rest of the baby weight
1. Maintain a healthy relationship with food. i.e. no guilt, food is fuel that I need to have. 2. Increase strength, tone and speed 3. PRs: 5K under 25min, 10K under 50min, HM under 1:50 4. Paris Marathon, under 4:00 5. Keep enjoying physical exercise, even if that means doing something other than running

I would like to run a sub 2 half marathon, I have two lined up so I should be good to go. My first one last March was a hilly course at 2:03 so I know I can do it. Would also like a sub 50 minute 10K, that's going to be harder. Either a redemption marathon (maybe 4:20?) or hold off on another marathon until 2015. Can't decide.
Really want to run consistently 3/4 times a week, get faster and stay uninjured.

Same here! Between our daughters names and our 2014 plans, we are eerily similar!
Finish a half marathon Lose and maintain off the weight gained during fertility treatments Run <9:45 min/mile in my 8k St Pat race (improved over my race this year) Break into top third of my age group in some race
