Do a pull up Sub-60:00 10k (this will be a PR) Be able to do multiple double-unders in a row Maaaaaaybe do the Crossfit Open. Maybe. Like, I want to type this in tiny text so it's like I'm not really saying it out loud. We'll see.
That's what's great about the open... It's open to anyone!! I did it last year less than 6 months after I started. I think there was only one wod I wasn't able to score in at all. It's fun no matter what. Do itttttt!!
Yes! Pretty much everyone in our gym competes - even people who have zero chance of even finishing the workouts!
1) run a half 2) lose 20 lbs 3) complete NROLW 4) Run the 2014 St. Jude half as Hero and raise more than I did this year ($520) 5) get my mile time down close to 10 min.
-Finish an Olympic Triathlon (it would be my first). -Complete a metric Century. -Come in under 2:00 in a half. I'm tempted to say come in under 1:55, but I think that might much faster than I can handle!
In 2014, I *will* get my first PR since 2008. I hope to PR for 5K, 10K, and half marathon distances during the first half of 2014. The last half of 2014, I hope to just stay healthy, active, and uninjured.

New PRs all around, but especially in the half! Run a marathon More cross-training I would like to learn how to swim properly and maybe bike more - shooting for a triathlon in 2015.
1. Run a marathon (my first is scheduled for 3/1/14). 2. Finished marathon under 3:50 (really want 3:40 which is a BQ but that might be too ambitious). 3. Run a relay race (looking at a Ragnar Trail race). 4. Peachtree 10k PR. 5. Run sub 1:47 HM

Truly inspiring ladies! Here are mine.
1) Sub 2:00 half 2) Run a marathon 3) Sub 50:00 10k 4) Strength train 5) 12 races for the year
These two are penciled in depending how the year goes 1) Bike a century (there is one in August my cousin and I talk about doing every year but it never happens) 2) Compete in my first Sprint Tri.
1. Get more consistent with eating better in the hopes I might lose a little more of the baby weight before AJ is weaned. 2. After AJ is weaned (so July at the latest), lose the rest of the baby weight plus the extra 10 lbs I was carrying when I got pg. 3. Put together some sort of consistent workout routine 4-5 days/week 4. Run a half marathon again, preferably in less than 2 hours.
- complete Run, Rabbit, Run 100M race without serious injury!
There are plenty of smaller goals for the year as well...
- complete first 50M race - lots of skinning/splitboarding for xtraining - train my ass off for 8 months and NOT hate running - still be friends with my pacers/crew after each ultra - not die
2014 is going to be a huge year in the Land of Heidi, I can't wait!
1. Completed a half Ironman (Steelhead in August) 2. Break a 30 minute 5K 3. Work my way back up to a 235 deadlift (previous Crossfit PR) and be able to do a deadhang pullup again

1. Run a sub-2:00 half marathon
2. Run a sub-26 min 5k
3. Finally get to my goal weight - and maintain it. (I lost 90 lbs between 2011 and 2013, but in recent months have gained about 5 back. I've maintained at that level, which is still great in comparison to where I started, but I would like to lose that 5 again, plus another 7 or so).
