T got a phone call from his 1Sgt. last Thursday saying he was being transferred to a new unit effective the day before. No one but the 1Sgt. has seen these orders, none in T's AKO, none in the mail, no one from the new unit has called him.

He's trying to get more details but anyone of any authority is unavailable right now.

T talks to the 2nd Platoon Sgt. (he's the 1st Platoon Sgt.) and the Sgt. agrees with me that it has all the makings of being cherry picked for a deployment given his MOS & deployment history and the unit he's being re-assigned to.

F*ck me if that's the case...I think my head will just explode.
