Getting ready to go skiing in the French Alps this weekend... Need to stay strong and not gorge myself on cheese and wine next week!
B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, and dried cranberries, coffee and hot green tea at work L: mixed greens with tuna salad, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, pickles, snap peas, and mushrooms, greek yogurt w/ berries, small piece of chocolate S: large apple E: 5/6 mile run - not sure about this because we got some snow last night and the snow removal efforst have been minimal in my neighborhood D: not sure - still have some left over ham - maybe grilled ham and cheese?
