E: none, have to stay late at work for training. The one day I remember my gym bag and I can't go.
I am doing a diet (it's called the 3 day diet) so my eating is different than normal today. I am trying to counteract some potential holiday weight gain. E: 5 mile run B: 1 oz of cheese, 5 saltines S: Apple L: cottage cheese, 5 more saltines S: cantaloupe D: dry tuna, broccoli and green beans
Today is day 3 of the diet thankfully so tomorrow it's back to my normal healthy eating. There is definitely not enough food on this thing. I have done it a few times though over the past 6 months and it does take a few quick pounds off.
B: oatmeal w/ raspberries, grapes, and dried cranberries, coffee and hot green tea L: mixed greens with tuna, peppers, pickles, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, chicken noodle soup, a cookie S: apple E: 4/5 mile run and maybe hot yoga tonight D: ham bean soup S: may have a candy cane joe joe
B: English muffin with some prosciutto and cheese; coffee L: Chicken salad bowl from local Falafel place S/D (I'm dashing from work to a dress rehearsal for a Christmas show): Pita chips, hummus, and tabbouleh from same Falafel place No exercise today; I wanted to try out a strength class with a friend, but MH had to leave for work extra early and we've got a 3.5-year old.
B think I had a banana, some PB L Nakd berry bar before run, noodles afterwards D chilli beef, asparagus S I ate a ferrero rocher and I'm not sorry. Also, a baby bel cheese.
E was only going to run 8 miles, but ended up doing 13.3!!
