I have a tendency to overdose on certain snacks for months until I can't stand them anymore. It is a problem Anyway, here is what I usually snack on and I would love some new ideas! I tend to stay away from dairy, just an fyi.

This post is making me hungry! -Pumpkin or apple butter with apple slices -Protein Ballz- I tried these once (pb instead of almond butter)and need to find time to make a ton ahead and freeze- there's also probably simpler recipes for the same idea out there, and easy to swap out ingredients fitnessista.com/2011/01/ballz-for-all/

'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."

katietornado I love your sig so so much. I watch it over and over whenever you post.
I am not much help, I eat the same three snacks every day for about 8 months. Popcorn is always one of my favorites, but I cut that out because I started measuring really well (2.5 cups) but then I got lax about it and next thing I know I am eating 4.5 cups of popcorn every day...I LOVE popcorn.
