Well yesterday ended up being a total junk day (replaced my kale salad with a BLT, added wine and reeses to my dinner...), so today I hope to be back on the bandwagon!

B: a piece of pound cake toast w/ butter S: granola L: last of the leftover chicken parm, apple S: granola bar if needed D: planning on soup but forgot to take it out of the freezer so not sure
B: oatmeal w/ apple,cinnamon, dried cranberries, coffeea and hot green tea at work L: 2 grilled chicken fingers, some greenbeans and mashed potatoes, roll and iced sugar cookie - holiday lunch at work S: not sure - apple? E: none, rest day D: not sure - I'm on my own tonight so probably leftovers
B#1: Banana E: Swim...begrudgingly (it was -3 when I left my house) B#2: cinnamon apple pecan breakfast quinoa L: homemade beef fajitas S: almond meal muffin D: Probably a naughty soup of some type with a calorie count that completely negates my long swim workout
