B: oatmeal w/ raspberries, grapes, and dried cranberries, coffee and hot green tea (Same) L: mixed greens with tuna, peppers, pickles, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, chicken noodle soup, a cookie (Same) S: apple (plus another cookie) E: 4/5 mile run and maybe hot yoga tonight (6 mile run and I did not make it to Yoga) D: ham bean soup (had soup and added crackers and TJ greek yogurt artichoke dip and some peppers) S: may have a candy cane joe joe (had one Joe Joe and 2 pieces of chocolate)
