Ok, give me your best interview tips

I haven't been interviewed in a few years, but I have interviewed others, so I'm familiar with structured interviewing and STAR responses.  This position is pretty high up, so how should I change my interviewing technique now that I'm going for a leadership position, rather than staff-level?
