Global Entry Question

Does anyone know what is considered a "criminal offense" for the GE requirements? It doesn't specify a difference between felony or misdemeanor or anything, so I'm not sure if they'll disqualify you for any little thing or if it has to be a bigger crime.

I have a public intoxication charge that is roughly 6 years old. I feel like, in terms of criminal offenses, this is pretty innocuous, but maybe they don't see it the same way. I don't want to apply and lose the $100 if this disqualifies me. And I haven't been able to find any clarification on this anywhere. Anyone know what they're looking for here?
