Well from what I gather from the interview with the writer he says Emily actually DOES have amnesia.

I had a feeling it would be Daniel - he seemed so creepy at the end. The way he just came back in and acted like nothing happened.

I hate when shows do the amnesia thing, so hopefully she is faking it.

I don't know what my problem is, but I am so tired of Daniel. And I don't buy him shooting her. I mean, I know he did, I saw it, but I don't buy that he would. Even with that kind of betrayal. Even drunk. But I'm trying to get on board with it.

I'm just glad it wasn't Nolan, but COME ON NOLAN, leaving Victoria's hotter son alone to randomly click remote buttons in your house? Not bright.

Dear God I hope so, because this show is already so ridiculous that her having amnesia would be just too over the top.  I still can't quit the show despite the ridiculousness of it.

I think a fun twist would be if she wakes up and is told by the doctor that she is pregnant and the baby survived the shooting.

I think the amnesia is going to be real and that playing out that storyline is going to get really annoying. But I get why they needed to change direction. I also feel like the whole Daniel/Sarah/I dont love Emily anymore storyline escalated really quickly.

It would be interesting if she was pregnant with Aidens baby.

I wonder if she will be found with the emergency beacon on her leg.
