The swelling has been down on my ankle since Sat. and I've been able to move it in circles pain free--just lingering soreness to the touch, or when I accidentally plant and twist it.
So after getting a bunch of running goodies for my bday this morning I had to give it a go. And it was great! Stiff at first, and I'm definitely still aware of it, but no pain on an easy 4. Best birthday present! Icing now, just in case. Any other advice for me as it continues to get better? Thanks all!!
