OTOH....the good side of life, I've lost 15 pounds since my knee surgery. 10-11 pounds in the hospital, and I've taken a few more off since then watching what I eat and my portion sizes. Oh, I love a BIIIIGGG portion sizes! I doubt any of it's muscle since I've been working out like a fiend the last 7 weeks.
I'm on the smaller end of a size 12 (waist is a 10; thighs are a 12 no matter what I do)....so Yeah for Me!
The real battle will be my goal of keeping 5-7 pounds of this off long term. My body likes being 155 pounds, so I kind of doubt it.
