I decided to not worry about my weight over the holidays and to enjoy the food I love. I'm also working a lot so I haven't been to the gym in a long while.
Because I didn't want to worry about weight, I haven't been weighing myself. I decided to this morning.
I lost 2.5lbs.
Apparently eating an excess of Nanaimo bars and candy cane ice cream is the way to go.
I'm not getting too happy though, as I'm sure January will bring a 10 pound gain.
