Anyone have a good workout plan after spending 2-3 months recovering from being really ill (I spent about a week in the hospital)? I finally have the energy to workout, I just don't have the energy WHILE working out. I don't need couch to 5k, but maybe the next level up? I can jog about 20 min at about an 11 min/mi but after that I am dead.
I know myself and know I am more likely to workout (and not over due it), if I follow a plan, I just don't have one to follow.
