B: turkey sausage, egg white and rf cheese on English muffin, tea S: greek yogurt, hard boiled egg L: leftover London broil w/ roasted sweet potatoes and butternut squash S: apple w/ pb2 D: lean cuisine
B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, dried cranberries, coffee and hot green tea L: spinach w/ tuna salad, pickles, celery, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms, greek yogurt w/ berries, small piece of chocolate S: apple D: leftover ham and bean soup that DH made:) some bread or crackers and I need a veggie E: 5-6 mile run - I skipped my run last night, felt drained and didn't want to run on icy sidewalks
