I am so done with Kohls. Their stores are so disorganized, so I tried Kohls.com. Two weeks later, I call to find out where DD's Christmas dress is and I find out they cancelled that order the day I made it because they were out of stock. Thanks for letting me know!
I'm still in a battle with them about an order I STILL havent received. I want a full refund because I had to go out and buy the stuff I wanted because I wasnt sure it would be here in time for a birthday (it wasnt) and for Christmas.
I got one too. I ordered 7 pairs of pjs on 11-30 and they were delivered on Sunday, finally. So dumb. They dropped them of at the post office, which pissed me off. I had no idea they would deliver on a Sunday. I didn't receive my $15 kohls cash which I am not going to give up on. But I don't think I will doing any online shopping with them again.

I placed two different orders but only one was late. They sent me two separate e-mails with the $25... So now I have $50. I didn't immediately need any of the stuff I ordered, so I am pretty happy.
Also, they must of had a lot of mix ups in order fulfillment because they sent me two sets of a pair of boots and two bracelets (in different boxes) when I only ordered one. I checked and it doesn't look like I paid for two. I also had two other things in the order that they didn't send two of.
I am immoral if I return the doubles for my money back? I may use them as gifts. I don't know - it was their mix up and I don't want to pay to ship then back.
I got one too, and I used it to buy stuff for a holiday shop for families with low income. They didn't even scan it, I just told them I had it, so I might go back and buy more, lol.
I got one last night. My black friday order was shipped in 2 boxes but there was nothing in the 1st box to say when or if the 2nd box was coming. I called and it finally showed up last night.

My Black Friday order just came yesterday. I'm still waiting on an order of a wedding gift that I thought I had sent to the couple, but it is coming to me. They are only registered at Kohls. Hope I get it before we leave for the wedding Jan 2.
I used the $25 to order hiking socks, a melissa and doug stamp set and some hand towels. They are all "add on" gifts, not anyone's big gift so if it comes, it comes.
I rarely ever shop there because they hound me on getting their stupid credit card. The week of thanksgiving I found some sheets I wanted to buy marked down to $50 but not the right color. I ran to the store to see if they had the color and the sheets were $100. I hate kohls.
No GC here. Still haven't gotten the rest of my 12/2 order. Tracking shows delivery estimate of 12/20. The Customer Relations guy I talked to didn't call back again. I got an email saying the 50% off will only be applied to my portion of the order after. Kohls cash. He also lied that they were overnighting my stuff, which doesn't matter since I already sent the Angel family their stuff. Now I am deciding what to do about the stuff I am getting. I could give them to the kids, I could donate them to toys for tots, I could give them to the daycare at the school or return them to kohls.com.
Not Kohl's related, but I ordered from LOFT and returned some items from the order by mail. The return was received 11/21. I had to send multiple emails to get my refund, and then they only refunded me for two items I returned, not all three. I am so irritated that it is taking so long to get my refund and so many emails from me to them to get the issue resolved.
I have never complained via social media about a company before, but I guess that's the next step if I don't receive my refund.

i hate Kohls. I have never understood why people love it. I also hate being hounded to get a card. They pretty much tell me I am stupid not to do it bc it's free. Yea, not so much.

I just got an email saying someone will contact me in 3-5 days. So my refund will not be fully processed for a month after they received the returned items.

I got the $25 too. DS and I just got back from there as a matter of fact. Between the $25 and my 30% off coupon, I saved almost $80 on teacher's gifts, remaining Christmas gifts and a couple of tops for me. That's not including the "$250" I saved on their overpriced merchandise.

Really? I go straight to their facebook page anymore. I usually browse a few posts to see if someone else has the same issue and then I write something on their wall. 95% of the time they will give you a phone number to call or an email address to send a note to, but you can tell them you've already done that and they need to escalate the issue. Then, they will tell you to send a PM.
