She woke up coughing and sounds really congested. We've been using a humidifier in her room so it doesn't get too dry, but she's sick I think she caught the same thing I have.
Do I take her to urgent care? The doctor? Let it run it's course and keep up with the humidifier?

Call her ped, they will tell you what they recommend. I took my 5 week old who had a cough and stuffy nose just because she's so young, though I figured they couldn't so anything and she ended up having an ear infection. She's on antibiotics now and feeling better.
I would call the pedi. I thought G had the same cold I did since we got sick at the same time, and we tried to be breezy about it, but what started out as just a little congestion and a cough ended up being bronchiolitis. I would take her just to be safe.
Take her temp before you call and jot down the symptoms. Then you'll be more organized when asking. Have a pen and paper handy so you can write down all the things the nurse tells you. You think you'll remember, but believe me when you're sleep deprived and worried, you do forget.
Call your peds. They'll prob have you leave a msg on a nurse line or vm and them they call you back when they pull R's file to make sure they're givin you good info based upon her stats and file.
I don't remember if you said you were doing this, but run your shower super hot water with bathroom door shut and then take her in there, sit in there and let her breathe hot steamy air. Keep a towel or blanket handy for wen you come out of the room because the air out will seem frigid after .
If you can, let her sleep on you guys upright at least during the day so drainage can occur. I think at 15 weeks, we used a little of "baby rub" from the little remedies products at any pharm type store. I used a tiny bit first to make sure month skin reaction. Some ppl swear by putting some on the bottom of baby feet as well as chest. I don't know if that's old wives' tale.
I'm sorry, it sucks to have a sick kid and worry.
My ped nurses were excellent at giving me a list of what signs meant I should bring her into the office, and when to take kid to er if it happened in middle of the night. I specifically asked them so I could have a little check list.
