I think I'm finally fed up enough with the way I look and feel to do something about it. Today I took my measurements, weighed, started tracking food and exercise on MFP, and worked out for the first time in about six months. I have over 40 pounds to lose. Posting on a public message board somehow makes it feel like more of a commitment, which is weird, but I'll take any help I can get.
Nice, making the commitment to start is important! I just lost 45 lbs, and it didn't take any longer than 9 months, so I'm sure you can do it, too. Exercise and MFP absolutely worked for me. Good luck!
