Thank god that kid actor bit it. When they said there was a traitor in the Authority, I was like, "Please let it be that overacting little twerp!"
Yowza, is Alcide hot stuff. His character in the show is SOOOO much better than the one in the book. First risking his life to save Sam, and then again to give the Pelts closure while covering for Sookie. And looking very good in tight jeans all the while.
Overall, though, I think there's too much going on. Now in addition to Authority and Sanguinista and Russell Edgington and the Reverend and the arsonist and Lafayette's possession there is a shifter-death storyline and a fairy storyline? Too much.

I don't know what my problem is but I teared up when Eric was releasing Pam.
Also, I am kind of into the Pam molding Tara storyline now.
The authority bores me. I don't really care about them And yeah--who killed Sam's shifter friends? Were's? C'mon people let it go! Marcus killed his brother. Eye for an Eye--this should be wholly understood in that community.

I agree there is a lot going on but I thought last night's episode was much better than last weeks. I'm also bored with the weres.
I don't mind the fairy storylines but I wish they would just come out and tell us what is going on already! I hate that they just have some fairy warn about the vampires and act all scared. That seems to happen every time they appear and we don't get any other info. I get that they were almost extinct from vampires but why don't they just stick to their little secret world then? Althogh I guess they are also after sookie for some reason, again, it's not clear. Also, I'm still wondering what happened at the beginning of last season when they turned all ugly. I thought they had closed the portal that allowed them to travel back and forth?
The authority storyline is also kind of boring. I know it's only the 3rd episode, but I wish they would just move it along already.
I also thought it was sad when Eric released Pam. They are so sweet together. I think the Pam and Tara relationship may shape up into something good though.
I thought it was nice of Jessica to help Jason and Sookie by glamouring Andy. Although it was very convenient. I'm glad Jessica and Jason are forming more of a friendship now rather than just awkward friends with benefits.

I feel like a were would have eaten/throat ripped them to send a message, right? None of this bullet to the head stuff.
I'm wondering if there isn't something else going on they were going to bring up to Sam that night.
I also am happy Roman killed the brat. I hated that kid. His character's existence in the show was an insult to the viewers. I also think Salome is a traitor.
And yes, please get rid of the stupid weres and the firestarters. I just don't care. In fact, I've never cared.
I hope Pam and Tara are good for some comedy. Tara has been useless since season two.

There is way, way too much going on, and while I don't mind the writers taking some creative license, at this point the show is barely even recognizable as being "based on" the books.
The Terry storyline is boring. I love Terry. And Scott Foley is so hot. But yes, really boring and unnecessary.
The Lafayette/whatever his alternate personality is--good God, can we please abort that mission? It is not interesting, and unless they're bringing Kevin Alejandro back somehow, they're wasting valuable story telling time.
Alcide is gorgeous. I vote for more half naked (or whole naked!) Alcide time. I don't even care what he's doing.

And Yes. I mean does he really need a shirt for anything? Construction workers get hot - so don't need to wear a shirt working. It's hot in LA - so no shirt is needed. He's a Were, so his body temp is already hot - so no shirt is needed.
