Canned pumpkin Yogurt Banana Peanut butter Laughing Cow low fat cheese wedges mushed up real good on the sides (actually her favorite)
I often freeze the first three so that it takes her longer to get it all out. I've found the best thing to spread the stuff around in the Kong is a cocktail knife.

We'll sometimes put her kibble, as well as bite-sized treats we get from the bakery for her and top it with cheese. We've also used peanut butter to hold it all together.
I usually just fill it with kibble, sometimes mixed with grated cheese, and seal the end with peanut butter or wet food if I have an open can. They go nuts for it so I haven't needed to explore other options.

Peanut butter and freeze it usually. In the summer when we are outside a lot I do apples and bananas with yogurt frozen. The yogurt can can get messy bit if we're outside who cares
