I think my great-nephew has a torticollis

because his head is always leaning over to one side.  I asked my niece about it this past summer and she said that she thought he was itchy because he had a patch of eczema on his cheek.  

Every single picture of this kid, he's cocked to the side.  I can't say something again, right?

DS had it as a kid. Once we did physio with him, it cleared up pretty quick. Could you mention it to them in a nice way? One of the exercises with did with DS was standing with him infront of a mirror, and tipping him from side to side so he would hold his head up. With in a few months it got better.
