My in-laws are here with my two nephews, & it has been a fun, but tiring weekend. I'm exhausted. Luckily I still managed to get my workouts in by leaving before they arrived Friday evening, and waking up early today. I'm maxed out on training & the holidays. Lol
Friday: 12 miles w/7 @ tempo Saturday: 5 recovery + abs Sunday: 20 miles
Fri: 10 mile run, 40 min swim Sat: 45 min run (garmin died) Sun: rest. Although I drove 3 hours to see my grandmother on 3 hours of sleep and am more exhausted from that than any workout!
F: 6 mile run S: 5 mile run - upper and lower body strength (tricep dips, push ups, mountain climbers, plank, lunges, bicep curls) S: 10 mile run
* I don't think any of my workouts have made up for my eating - my kiddos at school gave me so many sweets and DH has wanted to eat a ton this weekend, ugh!

Fri: 8 mile tempo run Sat: rest (thunderstorms during only free time to run) Sun: 17 miles plus walking our trail of lights with the kids. I feel a little beat up this morning!
