Well I missed last week, it's a lot harder to keep my straight this time of year. But let us know how you are doing.
I've had to drop down to 6 days a week- I've got lots of excuses, but it is what it is, and it's a heck of a lot better than this time last year when I was laid up with an injury!
I believe I missed a day due to snow and a sick child. And I did a 40 mile bike ride Sunday, so skipped the run, though probably got some running in with the kids at the park and on scooters, so that counts, right? Right??? Otherwise, streakin' strong!
