I want some sort of fitness tracker but I can't decide which one to get. If you have one, please tell me which one you have and what the pluses and minuses of your brand are.

thanks very much.
I have the fitbit one, and I love it. I track my food and workouts with My Fitness Pal and I like that fitbit is integrated with it, so that even outside of formal workouts I can see how many calories I burn (or don't burn) on a day just by building in little things- taking stairs at work vs. elevators, parking farther away from the store, walking to the copier instead of printing at my desk, etc.
Pros: very small, clips to pants or bra (I didn't want a wristband thing), the price is reasonable (I purchased mine on Amazon and used MasterCard points toward it), and I like how it integrates with MFP.
Cons: I do use it in conjunction with my HRM and/or my Garmin for workouts. I'm not sure it would be different for any of the other tracker options out there, so this isn't really a con for me. I just didn't want to overestimate my calories burned via a workout since I do eat back my exercise calories on MFP

I have had both the Fitbit One and the Fitbit Force. The features seem pretty similar; there's just a different way to wear them. The One is less noticeable, whereas the Force ended up replacing my watch. I have managed to lose both of them, even though I thought they were securely fastened. I use my Garmin for workouts, but like the Fitbit just to make sure I stay somewhat active throughout the day.
I'm quite impressed with Fitbit's customer service. After I lost my second Fitbit, I emailed them because someone else is now apparently using my Fitbit (I could somehow see steps when I logged into my account). I thought this was strange and asked them about it. So they looked into it and are sending me a replacement, which was really nice and unexpected.

I have the Fitbit One. I had the Ultra before this and upgraded. I'm the opposite of coconutbug, though, I had a horrible experience with their customer service. They ended up making it right, but it really soured me on them and I'm doubtful that I'll be buying a new one when this one dies. Also, the clip on my One broke less than 2 months in because it caught on something and the metal bent. That wasn't too bad until the plastic tip broke off of it, leaving exposed metal.
I really like that the Fitbit has MFP integration but if I did get a new one I'd probably just get the Zip, which is almost half the price. I use an HRM for exercising, I don't use the sleep or silent alarm features, and while the stair info is interesting I don't really need it.
