One of my bootcamp instructors posted this workout and I thought I would share:) I may just add this to tomorrow's workout to try to head off the insane amounts of sugar I have ingested this past week.
Two Sets 25 squat jumps Max Plank (hold as long as you can with perfect form) Rest 30 seconds

Three Sets - Option A = bodyweight; Option B = with weights 15 squats with half rep at the bottom (full squat, halfway up, all the way down, all the way up = one rep) 15 lunges per leg, alternating 15 pushups (option A) OR 15 overhead presses (option B) Max plank Rest 20 seconds
Rest 1 minute
Two Sets 50 situps 25 glute bridges 15 supermans with scapular retraction Rest 20 seconds
