If you feel like it, give it a try and take it really easy. If you start running and you're not into it, stop. It often helps me get a lot of that crap out, but other times sleep/rest works just as well.

Ditto this. I think your body will answer this for you once you start running Good luck! Hope you feel better!
I have trouble running when I have a hacking cough - feels like I am gasping for air, or something. I hope you feel better soon. I had two very nasty colds so far this season that have been miserable. I rarely get sick and have no idea why I got hit so hard. Feel better soon!

This is what happened got about 15 min in. Looks like I am going to try to convince DH to get home early enough for doctors Sat office hours. Thanks
Well, now I am sitting in the doctors office (my doc is one of the rare few that has Sat office hours) pretty sure I have bronchitis (it's a sinus infection with a double ear infection), trying to figure out how to edit my training schedule. I missed a 4 on Thursday and only got 5 of my 7 in on Wednesday. I can venture to guess I won't be up for a long run until Monday, at the earliest, and I am scheduled for 16 this week.
