NARS radiant creamy concealer. I used Maybelline Age Rewind for quite some time but the Nars gives much better coverage. I usually try to use drugstore products before splurging on an expensive brand, but I've really found this concealer to be worth the splurge.
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye. Incredibly pigmented and a tiny amount goes a long way. I find it lasts all day when set with powder (I use NARS Lght Reflecting Loose Powder) and it has become my HG concealer.

I have tried them all, really. I do like Amazing Concealer from Ulta but it's expensive. I tried NYX recently and it was $5 and works very well for my undereye circles. I use one with a wand and it's more of a yellow base to it.
Another vote for Amazing Concealer. It really is heavy duty (but it doesn't look like heavy makeup), and I don't always need that level of coverage, but when I do, there's nothing like it.
Otherwise I use Maybelline Age Rewind, Brightener first, then Medium overtop it (since the brightener alone is too light for me).
I also like UD concealer pencils, but you have to use a light hand with those or they can look too "makeup-y."

My favorite, which is unfortunately not at Sephora, is Jane Iredale. I think it's called Disappear. I have dark circles and it's the only thing that gets covers them up.
