I need to do this more often. I feel like my ass would really appreciate it. When I was in college, I would run stadiums at Doak Campbell Stadium. (Go Noles!!) I bet the sideways walk is awesome for inner & outer thighs.
I haven't done it in ages bc I'm teaching like 17 classes a week now so I really don't know. I just played with it. I'd go fast for a while then slow down and do the double step. Would do some with toe raises. I get add on cardio equipment
