After taking time of because, well, I didn't feel much like swimming. I finally got back in today. I did about 2500 yards and felt pretty good. Slightly out if swimming shake, but not as bad as I thought it would be.

Being able to kick out a 2500 after being out of the pool...esp with a neck injury... is awesome! Glad to hear you are no worse for the wear, hope you find more relief soon!
