B: two pieces of toast with Vegemite L: smoked salmon, if it defrosts in time, cheese D: chilli mince (loose meat I think you call it in the US) S: edamame beans, apple, banana, almond milk E: undecided. Should do a quick 3 mile run, but weather is crap and my knee has been aching. Might be a rest day instead.

I am getting back in to this like everyone else for the new year. I took a lot of time off through the holidays with buying a new house and generally wanting to eat junk food. So, now I have about 5 lb I want to lose and a lot of muscle I want to get back.
