Friday: 30 mile gravel grinder ride Sat.: 48 mile road ride complete with fall of of my road bike and the bruises to prove it Sunday: Cyclocross race (got 2nd!)
Saturday: had planned to do 9-10 miles and trudged through 4.8 miles before calling it quits. I found some Super Feet inserts from an old pair of running shoes that didn't have tons of miles on them. Tried them in my new running shoes and felt terrible. I'm not sure if the bad run was from running a hard workout the day before, high winds, or the inserts.
Fri: Just lots of walking around and mattress shopping which was surprisingly exhausting considering that it mostly consists of laying down on various beds! Sat: 30 min elliptical + 30 min upper body weights Sun: 45 min prenatal vinyasa yoga DVD
Friday: Pilates Saturday: unintended rest day thanks to my 15K being postponed due to weather Sunday: 8 miles at a sub 10:00 pace. Happy with that, especially since my training went to crap the past few weeks with kid illnesses and the holidays!
