Is there really any differences b/w the 3? All have been recommended, they're around the same price point... just wasn't sure if there were any differences...
Eucerin is THICK. Like, marshmallow fluff consistency. Cetaphil and Cerave are thinner. I think Cetaphil has more dimethicone in it. Both are good. Usually, I put one on, then spackle the Eucerin on.
The Cerave cream works really well for my keratosis pilaris and dry skin in general. I have found Eucerin to be too thick and ineffective for the kp or dry skin.

I use the CeraVe in the tub for my face, and Eucerin lotion for body. The CeraVe is thick, but my skin is super dry, esp in winter, and it does a great job. I bought it over the other two for face in part based on the cosmetics cop reviews.

I ended up getting Eucerin calming cream last night, and put it on after my shower. It felt so much more moisturized than putting on coconut oil (which is what I had been doing). No continued itchiness, I couldn't believe it.
I am about to put on some CeraVe this morning. Err, this afternoon now!
I would only use Eucerin as a body cream but not on my face at all. Nevertheless, I prefer the CeraVe moisturizing cream for both body and face. It's really good for those who have crepey skin on arms and legs but it also works as a really cheap moisturizer for face. It's a 2-in-1, although there are people who have complained about breakouts after using it. denisapicks.com/cerave-vs-cetaphil/I would be using the one from Cetaphil as a last resort, if I couldn't find the other two anywhere else.
