Running: Dec: 133 (I still need to do 10 today) 2013: 1,543. I ran 610 in the first 6 months, and recovered from an injury and moved with 3 kids! The second half was 933.
I also joined a gym in July and have added spin and strength classes. Spin usually 1-2x per week. Strength, usually 2x (although I've taken the last 2w off)
My December total (after today) will be 203 miles. It should have been 214, but it's good enough. December included the last day of Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas, so I'm OK with being a bit off. I think this is my highest mileage month.
I don't have all of my '13 numbers with me right now, but I know I was about to hit 1000 inNov, so it's just over that. Two full marathons were big contributors.
Dec I ran 52 miles - 26.2 of those in one day, and then a whoooooole lot of rest.
2013: Swim - 87 miles Bike - 1248 miles + a bunch of trainer hours when my speed sensor wasn't working Run - 1133 miles (about to head out for 14 miles, so it should end up at 1147)
Dec: Swim - 13 miles Bike - 245 mikes Run - 95.8 miles (plus today's 14)
You guys have some serious numbers!! I was super pleased to run just over 70 miles in December. I think that's about double as much as I normally manage in Dec.
I'll end the year at 700-something; I need to total it all up. Almost every year, in spite of which races I do, I seem to balance things out with extended breaks & run 700 something. Maybe next year I shall finally break 800? Having a quality year is what I want most though.
I'm at 187 miles running for Dec and 1258 for the year. I was planning to do 8 miles today but I don't know if my legs are up for it, so I may just put it off til tomorrow. Definitely my highest monthly and annual mileage to date - I was shooting for 1000 for the year so I'm very pleased with my total.
2013: 477 miles. This is my first full year of running and I'm very pleased with the miles that I've ran. Looking forward to exceeding those miles in 2014!!!

Just under 400 miles running this year....BUT I worked out w/ a trainer 120x (that's the 2nd time I typed that and all I can think of is dollar signs...)

Dec = 50 2013 = 952 Racing Miles = ~166
I really hoped to hit 1000 miles this year, but I got burnt out and cut WAY back on mileage after Tough Mudder in October. So that's my goal for 2014...at least 1000 miles - shouldn't be too hard with marathon training this summer/fall
