1. Change eating habits and lose the rest of baby weight. Learn some French. I was just so lazy last year. Finish some art and crafts project from last year. Spend more time with DH.
2. Take a trip with LO that doesnt involve extended family.
1. Get better organized. I bought a label maker and I am planning organizing projects in excel. I hope I can keep it up. Lose 10 to 15 pounds Incorporate regular exercise, so it doesn't seem so daunting
2. Go on a short vacay with just DH. No place in particular.
2) Successfully grow foetus (more of a wish than a goal, as this isn't in the realm of my control), hopefully develop maternal instincts sometime before giving birth...
3) H and I would like to go to Croatia and Poland before the blob is born, but we'll see what's possible.

1) Get back on track with losing weight (big surprise that I gained again over the holidays) 2) Successfully defend my dissertation and get it published so I have my title 3) Make enough money translating and teaching that I can afford to wait until I find a more steady position
BFP1: DD born April 2011 at 34w1d via unplanned c/s due to HELLP, DVT 1 week PP
BFP2: 3/18/12, blighted ovum, natural m/c @ 7w4d
BFP3: DD2 born Feb 2013 at 38w3d via unplanned RCS due to uterine dehiscence
My goal is to complete ALL the goals on my list this year. In 2013 we've been distracted by issues beyond our control that slowed us down, so now I have a crapton of goals rolled-over from last year to attain. Ugh.
Travel-wise, I just want to have a great anniversary trip. Anywhere, really, as long as it happens. And going back to our beloved Wynn would be divine.

Hmmmm...I haven't really thought about this yet.
Goals include:
To consistently work out at least 5-6 times per week, whether it's Zumba, running, yoga, strength training, etc. Just something physical!
I'd like to continue building up our savings. We're doing well, especially since we have no debt, but I want to have a decent amount saved for when we return to the US someday (if we do).
Spend more quality time with DH.
Travel Goals:
I have no travel plans yet for this year, so that needs to change! I know I'll be traveling to the US this summer...otherwise, I'd really like to do the places that are close to us that we haven't done yet, so Jordan, Oman, Lebanon, etc. A friend is running a marathon in Vienna, so I'm thinking about going to cheer her on and just wonder around Vienna since it's an amazing city :-)
- Get some sleep. - Make fajitas from the chicken that's marinating in the fridge. (I'm all about short-term goals.) - Call a plumber to look at the bathroom in my new apartment.
Travel Goals: - Go a bunch of places
I have a lot of days carried over from last year, so I have 7 weeks of vacation. Not entirely sure what I'll be doing with it aside from a cruise in California with my parents and my sister and her wife (my boyfriend will finally meet my parents).
I was originally thinking Bhutan for Easter, but he hasn't been to Asia, so I feel like I should stop being selfish and plan a trip to Japan or China for him.
We're planning to go to Fortaleza for the first-round World Cup games, and I'll probably try to hit Jericoacoara this time.
I'm in the middle of figuring out a surprise weekend to go to the Ice Hotel in Sweden next month.
Floss after every meal. I just had some serious dental work done including have a tooth pulled. I'll hopefully get an implant in the next year (unsure about this as there was an infection and dentist said I may not have enough bone left for an implant). Lucky it was a molar. Lucky DH has good dental coverage.
Average 10,000 steps a day. Yeah FitBit!
Finally get a pullup at Crossfit??
Wrote a bunch more in my journal including write an 80,000 word novel. Ambitious insanity but if I get in a good writing groove I can usually pump out 5,000 or more words a week.
Travel: booked Portugal in May but everything else on hold until a few job unknowns are sorted out.
We were toying with going to Iceland for 4 or 5 days around when Jim Gaffigan (US comic) has a show there. He's also playing Dublin which is much closer for us.
I'm also interested in taking DS1 to Euro Disney in the summer and then maybe a week in the South of France.
Been looking at flights to Rio to see my sister but the timing isn't working out between flight deals and DH's work travel.
So yeah my travel plans are to keep researching trips and maybe book something next month. I love trip planning for vacations we never go on!!!

When is Jim Gaffigan going to be in Iceland?!
He's from Indiana. We Hoosiers have to support each other.

April 4th.
He is hilarious. Quite a few of his comedy shows are on Netflix.
I quote the beginning of his Comedy Central Presents routine all the time: Every state has an identity. Like, "I'm tough; I'm from New York!" or "We're from Texas; we like things big!" Well, we're from Indiana. And we're gonna move.
Goals: Publish at least 2 articles Get a job Run a half marathon again Eat vegan 1/2 of the time (I'm already vegetarian) Do my hair and nails more often Finish organizing and painting the second bedroom
Travel goals: Sicily See family in the US My dad's fav wine area in Germany Vienna Finally visit Paris TOGETHER with my husband (we've been separately)
