It seems sort of funny for it to close on the day when everyone wants to start the year out right, lol. I'm trying to figure out what to do! Can't run, there's a ton of snow and it's coming down fast still. I was going to go use my friend's elliptical but our roads aren't even plowed yet. I wonder if shoveling, sledding, and making a snowman count? Any ideas for an at-home workout?
I thought the same thing about the gym. They'd get a lot of business today! You can find plenty on YouTube but shoveling and playing in the snow with kids is a total body workout IMO. I was sore for a day or two after our last storm.

Glad you liked it!! they have great workouts! I'm so glad I stumbled upon then a couple weeks ago. Much harder and intense than I thought and such a good workout. I do a different one a couple times a week now for my off running days! Even just the ab ones and body part specific ones are great too as is the longer ones!
I know I am late, as usual, but DEAR LORD, playing in the snow, shoveling, building a snowman, etc, are great ways to burn calories! SHIT IS HARD, YO! I feel so spoiled now living in a house with an attached garage and a plow service--I only have to shovel the front steps. But generally I have grown up always having to shovel and dig out, which is a solid 45 minute workout
