2 GLORIOUS WEEKS OF VACATION ARE OVER. Which means my waistline has expanded a bit--there has been a lot of crap going into my mouth over the last two weeks!

Supposed to head back to work today but had an unexpected snow day
B: oatmeal w/ blueberries, dried cranberries, cut up apple, coffee w/ stevia and unsweetened almond milk, some muffin L: curried pumpkin soup, pineapple w/ some grapes, maybe some crackers D: not sure: need to head to grocery store but since I have the day off I will cook:) E: was going to be a rest day - I may go and hit the elliptical or some weights
B: Ezekial English muffin with egg, spinach & buffalo sauce. Coffee w/ creamer. S: None L: EVOL Mac & Cheese meal, apple S: Clementine, string cheese D: Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole...new recipe from Pinterest. I hope it is good!
