Since others are intro'ing I guess I'll do one too. I'm coming over from the April 2012 board. I'm not sure if I fully qualify as a geek or gamer, but I love Star Trek TNG and just this past year have become a fan of Doctor Who. I even made the kids' Dalek and TARDIS costumes for Halloween (at my daughter's request).

Thank you! I had a lot of fun making them. I just wish they were a bit more durable so I could maybe sell them on ebay or something. As it is, I can't figure out what to do with them.

Haha, DH tried to get me to like Doctor Who for three years. The first episode I watched was the Angels in Manhattan one. It freaked me out, but that and the Christmas one after it got me hooked.

I've always been a bit of a nerd, with my love of Star Trek TNG (since college) and nerdy games.

I admit, though, I wasn't a huge fan of Hunger Games, don't like sim games and still don't know who Benedict Cumberbatch is.
