I plan to make these jello shots for a 4th of July cookout, but also want to do some type of alcholic popsicle. It needs to be easy to make. Any suggestions?
Ehh that's hard bc alcohol really doesnt freeze easily. I am making those and the line/lemon/orange versions as well as strawberry stuffed margaritas for a bachelorette party
I made these for a party last weekend and they were great. The only tiny nag was that the mint is kind of a pain (my friend dubbed them blow job popsicles since she didn't know whether to spit or swallow it) -- but don't strain it out. I tried a 2nd batch with the mint strained out and they didn't turn out as well, the taste was off.
I take marischino (however you spell it!) cherries and chunks of pineapple and cover them with Malibu rum and stick in the freezer. They won't freeze solid, but if you leave them in the freezer over night, they will get semi solid and all you have to do is serve them in a cup. I have never had leftovers of this 'dessert'.

Scotty, the deliciousness of this frozen treat is beyond amazing. I could eat this every single day. I like that the Malibu keeps the pineapple from freezing solid. During the summer, when it's hot, nothing beats this snack.
We've even served them shish kabob style with pineapple & cherries soaked in Malibu and orange sections soaked in peach schnapps. YUMMY!!!
I love Malibu Rum! That sounds yummy. I also saw the strawberry margarita shooters on Pinterest and those look really good, too. And LOL at blow job popsicles!
I don't have a recipe, but here in TX we can buy alcoholic icee pops. They called Coolaritas. I have a bunch in my freezer right now. The cranberry ones are SOOOO good. And I love the fact that GoDawgs came to ML for a booze recipe!

I read a recipe that basically just freezes mike's hard lemonade, since it can freeze at a much higher temp than higher proof alcohol. It seems like a good idea since they have so many different flavors, and super easy.
