B: 3 eggs, red onion, spinach, green peppers, and tomato w/ black coffee L: salad w/ arugula, tomato, red onion, green peppers and 1/2 avocado; apple w/ almond butter E: run or stationary bike - TBD (technically I have 2 rest days according to NROLFW, but 1 is enough) D: TBD - either steak or fish w/ Brussels sprouts?
B: yogurt with cereal, tea, blackberries L: veggie soup S: carrots and hummus D: out to dinner, something good! E: stacking wood, cleaning the house (I realize those are not exercises, but they are my excuses for not getting in a run today!)

B: oatmeal w/ apple and trial mix, coffee and hot green tea L: Curried Pumpkin Soup, pineapple and grapes S: apple D: not sure, maybe left over shrimp and grits from last night E: It was -7 degrees this morning on the way to work - Running outside will not happen, maybe a treadmill run, maybe nothing.
B: egg with feta and toast with butter E: 3 mile run on treadmill S: more toast with butter L: leftover chili S: some combo of grapes, greek yogurt, and/or pistachios D: pizza!!!!

Ran 7.5 miles last night and I don't think I ate/drank enough afterwards and now I feel like crap. Not sore just feeling queasy as hell.
B: Not sure yet. I have been having tea in the morning. L: Left over chicken pad thai D: Date night out. E: Rest Day - Ran 3 miles, Biked 10 miles, rowed for 10 min, and about 150 crunches at the gym last night.
