I'm on the Seattle board mostly, but jumped over here yesterday with questions about Warrior Dash, so I thought I would say hi. I am 25, married and started going to the gym on 9/30, since then I've been averaging about 4 days a week. I'm using myfitnesspal to track food. I don't really have any big fitness goals, I honestly work out so I can eat. I'm a big foodie. AW: My biggest accomplishment has been being able to run a decent mile. I was the kid who hated gym class so I never ran the mile, I walked it. Last night I got my mile down to 9:54, which is probably as good as it gets.
Welcome! And keep at it with the mile time, you may surprise yourself! I started and was a ten minute mile gal, but now hover around 8:30, even on long runs! And I routinely became "unwell" around sports day at school
