Does anyone use this? I want to use it for some of the baby stuff I need but it seems like if you subscribe, it tells you that you won't get your first shipment right away, it's on a specific date that Amazon dictates. I want the stuff within my 2 days free shipping and you can do that, but then you're charged the regular price. So the whole thing is annoying me. Am I missing something?
I use it and you're right, that's how it works. It's a monthly shipment that only comes once a month. It annoys me too when I run out of something and need it right away, but then can't get the deal.
But, for the most part, I've gotten myself on a schedule where my once-a-month shipment is decent timing. I also use it with Amazon Mom and try to place large orders every couple of months for a LOT of things (paper towels, toilet paper, diapers, wipes, Diaper Genie refills, dog food) to get a bigger % off.
So no, you're not missing something. But if you can get your timing right to coincide with their shipment dates it does work out well. I like it, anyway!
Thanks, that's what I figured- that I'd have to get into a groove where the time it arrives ends up being convenient. I'll have to see if I can make it work!
I stopped using it for that reason, because I was running to the store every month for diapers since my shipment wasn't here yet, and then by the time it did arrive we were into a new size. I decided a monthly family trip to BJs with coupons was better for us. But I did enjoy the extra 5% completion discount for being an amazon mom member on our baby registry. It's normally 10% but 15% for amazon mom. We are thinking of "having another baby" before Christmas next year, or just registering like we are, for the completion discount on gifts. Don't tell amazon
I use it for diapers right now. The girls were in sz 4 diapers for forever it felt like. We might have to supplement with store diapers but we only get the small box at Dollar general or something like that.
I can't hate on $26/month for sposies for twins ain't half bad.
