Question: Bare minerals eyeliner

Okay, disclaimer: I think I'm an idiot. But I have no shame, so I'll ask this question.

I just bought a Bare Minerals eyeliner in 10 pm. I've never bought this eyeliner before, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get more out of the stick. It looks as if it's supposed to twist out, but I can't figure out where to twist. It definitely doesn't sharpen... it's too soft.

Am I just an idiot??! Definitely. lol.

you just twist the top portion where the cap covers.
