So my outdoor riding days are officially behind me which means 2014 is the Year Of The Trainer (c)!
/sarcasm.
I used to just do Sufferfest videos on the trainer, but now I'm doing all my rides on it. I know a lot of you record just time on the trainer, but when you log your workout, do you make notes if it was an hour of easy riding or an hour of intervals?
I know it doesn't really matter but I was just curious how others did it.
I still record distance, speed, and time. I use them relative to other trainer rides to gauge easy, moderate, and hard workouts (aka my effort). For me those stats have no comparison to outdoor rides. At 14 mph on the trainer I feel like I'm going to die (it's hard). 14 mph outside is easy.

thanks ladies - HR is a little irrelevant since just getting off the couch makes me breathless. I'll just record everything I've got and figure it out as I go.
