F: a little over 2 miles on the treadmill and track at the gym. All I could fit in before DS' s swimming lesson started. S: planned 7, but it was in the single digits and the roads were still icy and snowy. S: 7 miles. Temp in the low 30s. My legs still took a beating because a lot of the roads still were covered in snow and slush. Loved the sunshine, though!
F: 3 miles of speed intervals on the treadmill - it was freezing outside:( S: 2 hours of cleaning and 8 mile run Su: 5 mile run in the snow and slush
School has already been cancelled tomorrow because of the extreme cold. I think the entire state of Ohio is cancelled - well all universities and schools because of the negative wind chills - running outside will not happen, maybe I'll talk DH in going to the gym with me.

F: Kickboxing S: 10 mile run! I did 11.5 last weekend, and cut this one a little shorter than planned. My normal routes were too icy, so I did 2 miles running looking for a cleared area with no success and the next 6 up and down an abandoned parking lot... before getting pissed and moving to the treadmill. By then I was totally over it, and did 2 miles to get to the 10. I did a mile walk at the end to make me feel better/stay on my feet longer. Sunday: rest/stretch/foam roll - I also went out and finally bought the stick. LOVE it!
F: Rest Day S: 3.2 mile walk with DH at the Beach we had Kings Tides so I wanted to check them out. S: 1 mile in 11 min, biked 21 miles (60 min), rowed for 10 min.
F: Snowed in! no workout, but it was actually a scheduled rest day. I stayed in and watched movies and played with ds all day, it was nice! S: 8 mile run Sun: 6.5 mile run, upper body weights
