B: egg whites w/ cheese, 1 piece ww toast, tsp of raspberry fig perserves, 1/2 grapefruit - tried making greek yogurt pancakes for DH so I had some of one, they were not that good:( L: power greens w/ tuna, pickles, cherry tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and an apple S:? E: Ripped in 30 L1D5..also supposed to run 2 miles to kick-off my 1/2 training. I didn't have time to pack a gym bag. Here's hoping I find the motivation to get back out in the cold and get to a treadmill at the gym!
