I'd like to start a new weight lifting routine, but I've been off the bandwagon for a while and don't know where to start. I've done NROLFW and I enjoyed it, but I don't think I'm ready to repeat it. I'm concerned that if I try to put it together myself I'll miss major muscles or groups. I've done a little searching online, but I've mostly seen routines that are more isolated muscle groups (and therefore take an hour to do) instead of compound movements. I'd like it to be under 30 minutes. Where do you find your strength training routines?
I usually broke it down into push/pull for upper and lower body. So push legs would be squat, pull would be deadlift. Upper body pull would be a cable row, push would be a bench press. Then abs would be it's own category.

I used to do biceps/back, legs/shoulders, and chest/tris. Abs a different day or tack on. And I'd trade up the exercises as to not be too repetitive. Exrx.net has great clips of how to do moves properly.
