I haven't been swimming in a few weeks (we were away for the past two weeks and our pool was closed the week before that). Today I had a set of 5x100 kick with fins and board. Both feet cramped up so bad...ugh! After that I had to do a timed 500, but it took about 150 yards before I started kicking!
Fins always make me cramp, but usually not that long. Weird.

I can't even point my toes for longer than 10 seconds before they cramp. Really puts a damper on your workout when swimming, sorry! Does stretching our feet help minimize cramping?
