OMG that's horrible. I witnessed a terrible tourist accident once and it's so shocking; more so when you're away from home and don't have a safe place to be comfortable and grieve. I'm so sorry. Big hugs
Oh mp that is so horrible. I saw someone jump from a balcony of the 32nd floor of an apartment last year. I never would have understood how it would make me feel to actually see someone die until it happened. I'm so so sorry that you had to see that!
I was once in a building having lunch with xh and we heard a sound outside that sounded like a dozen eggs were dropped on the sidewalk. Turns out a guy had jumped from the top of the building :-( it's horrific to know you were there for the last few minutes of someone's life. And I didn't even see the guy, so I can't imagine how shaken up you must be.

I've heard some horror stores from FF and the death that he's seen; I don't know how he deals with all of that. There was a house fire here the other week that claimed the life of a guy in his early 20's and put his parents in the hospital with severe 3rd degree burns. FF was the one who pulled the boy from the burning house and he helped with the parents rescue as well. Eveyone is talking about how lucky his parents are to be alive; what they don't know is the dad will likely never see again because his eyes were burned closed.
"This prick is asking for someone here to bring him to task Somebody give me some dirt on this vacuous mass so we can at last unmask him I'll pull the trigger on it, someone load the gun and cock it While we were all watching, he got Washington in his pocket."
